Who I am.
I grew up on a farm in Ireland enjoying the outdoors, surrounded by nature and animals. I moved to Sweden in my early 20's and loved the healthy lifestyle. I got into Exercise and Movement and realised the power of connecting to one’s body and mind.
I had a Transformation and knew then that I wanted to help others connect with themselves.
I have always had this innate feeling that life was happening for me and not to me....And Believe me there have been plenty of challenges and times that I have questioned life, from Illness to car accidents! But I knew in Every Single Challenge that I had a choice to make, and as you know the Choices we make Determine the Quality of our lives.
What I do - Coaching for the Mind
Life coaching encompasses various areas of life, including relationships, health, personal development, career and overall well-being. Depending on your current needs and goals, coaching sessions may cover topics such as goal setting,
habit building, work-life balance, communication skills, and stress management
As your Life Coach we will work together to teach you how to Think and Act In a Way that will help you Get the Results you have Always Wanted. The Way you talk to yourself on a Daily Basis, that chit chat going on inside your head may be Holding you back from Being the Best Version of Yourself.

When it comes to your Physical Body I use many different Tools to help you Change your Body, whether its to get out of Pain or to Build Strength or Change your Shape. The basis of my work is AiM which is a technique to assess your Alignment and help get your body back into Balance.
Along with this I use my Expertise in Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition and Science to help your body Restore itself to promote a greater sense of WellBeing.
